Crossroads concert poster
Providing good music, food, and beer since 1996 in Garwood, NJ, Crossroads is a fan-favorite music venue and bar any day of the week. Tasked to design a poster for a concert for their co-workers to come together and have a moment in the spotlight.
Final Design
Playing off of the typical 9-5 job, I titled the event "Off The Clock" to capture the exciting environment outside the workplace. I tested different layouts, colors, and fonts to ensure the poster was clear and engaging.

Keeping in mind the performers and attendees would want to commemorate this fun event, I took elements from the poster and incorporated it into various merch to sell at the event and promote for future "Off the Clock" concerts.

Below is a black and white version of the first "Off the Clock" poster I designed.
The elements of this poster design aimed to evoke fun shenanigans that happen after hours (or when you're off the clock). Taking the phrase literally, I illustrated clocks letting lose. I had to incorporate important information like date, time, and location. I did so by making it part of the characters and story being told in the poster design.

This was the second poster I designed for the "Off the Clock" event. The first design did not have clock illustrations, but they did make an appearance in the merch and stickers sold at the concert.

These little guys were a big hit, so it was fitting to include them and make them a bigger part of the design the second time around.
